The 'problem' that I have with this RINO is that he's only in it for his own recognition. He had a 90% solution but voted against the bill because it didn't meet 100% of HIS agenda. Not the Republican agenda, HIS agenda.

He's anti-Trump, Anti-America First, anti-team.
