You need to have seen the South Park movie to get the reference.

Basically Trump has taken on Saddam Hussein's role as the Sandy Little Butthole from the movie. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah I got that part. I mean they referred to Trump as a middle east dictator twice and played Arab music whenever he was shown in the Whitehouse. Not exactly subtle.
