This is actually false to claim they waited till she could get pregnant at 9 because there is what's called the "waiting period" which basically means if someone has had sex they must wait some designated time before divorce. For little girls too young to get pregnant and for old hags its 3 months. So even within their law they recognize and creat laws for pedophilia including with prepubesent
