Well , the failure happened when the quorum was lost but the last to leave June 8 ,1861 was Tennessee.
"reconstruction" appears to have been remodeling instead. Granted the corporation was 1871 . No matter , fuckery was afoot in fooling the masses and still is the order of the day. But I still have high hopes because our current Military appears to have recognized the errors of Hiram Grant and his buddies. We shall see.
