I think the "positives" will include discontinuation of any federal subsidy to wind power. The power companies would be faced with the economic reality of this crappy power source. I understand their lifespans are not long, and they cannot be remediated, only disassembled and buried. And the farmers will have their land again.
There will be other positives for them I'm sure...POTUS thinks of everything...
