Ozempic Is an apathy drug. They want as many people on it to have a weak populace. And also they want to further the division of society by using weight as a metric of success. Trends online show skinnytok and thinspo coming back which is incredibly scary when you see the effects it has on women. Not to mention the use of steroids and sarms rising.
Users have reported no longer being affected by alcohol or Marijuana. They have reported no longer being interested in hobbies. They have even reported not being interested in sex or physical affection with children or pets.
Ozempic is also making your fecal matter ferment in your gut and completely destroying the microbiome.
To many Maga people it is hard to not see weight loss as the one true metric of health but many even frogs will have their eyes open one day because the medical industry is complicit with the media in completely lying to us about weight.
love what rfk is saying about organic foods and gyms but I need him to come out and say that while morbid obesity is bad there is a form of "overweight" that is perfectly healthy and natural especially in women. The societal pressure of ripped or thin is cabal through and through
“while morbid obesity is bad there is a form of "overweight" that is perfectly healthy and natural especially in women.” That part bodies are a big range. Girls dieting until they don’t get a period trying to get healthy isn’t healthy for them. I am small frame girl my healthy is different then a naturally stocky girl. My scale would make her sick and vice versa her ideal weight is not mine. I look skinner even when I am in reality a much higher bmi. Skinny isn’t health lack of excess fat is different than good healthy composition. Thanks for the info on Ozembic. I didn’t know that. Have a relative that has lost 100 pounds AND her kindness. It has been a 180 and we were all feeling like she had us conned now I wonder.
They have reported no longer being interested in hobbies.>
I was on a black box antibiotic for more than a year after an infected knee got cleaned out surgically. I had always had a strong creative streak; that was basically wiped out. But luckily enough I read a book about Iodine and the huge role it plays. Which also pointed out that most Americans were deficient in Iodine.
Personally, I feel Iodine is worth its weight in gold. It needs to be taken with selenium. The thyroid uses selenium to regulate production of the thyroid hormones from Iodine. Every cell in your body needs Iodine. When you run out of it, you die. It has been called the fire of life. Prior to big pharma it was the universal medicine.
“At 6 grams daily (which is 6 million micrograms/day or 6000 milligrams/day) a much higher dose, iodine has bee used to cure syphilis, skin lesions, and chronic lung disease,” says Cousens.
Sircus, Mark. Healing With Iodine: Your Missing Link To Better Health (p. 109). Square One Publishers. Kindle Edition.
Up until the mid-70s (IIRC) Iodine was added to flour to make bread soft and spongy. Then to save money, Iodine was dropped and bromide is currently used for that. This substitution was the beginning of a nationwide Iodine deficiency in the population.
There are a limited number of Iodine receptors in the thyroid, and if they are unable to scavenge Iodine due to a shortage, they get filled with bromide, flouride, etc. and the thyroid produces sub-standard poor quality T4 and T3 thyroid hormones. This has a negative impact on both homeostasis and the immune system.
Long story short, I began supplementing Iodine and Selenium hoping to improve my thyroid hormones to improve my immune system. It has worked really well for me in that regard. But also, within the first week after adding them to my supplements, my creativity came back, along with a lot of energy and vigor for all things that were previously normal and fun in my life.
I hope this anecdote story will help someone with their search for ways to improve their health dramatically. This seemed like a good place to share it.
I am very very thin can’t gain weight, don’t know what is my problem, everybody is normal except me or am I wrong? Just that eat healthy and can’t eat anything with sugar including some fruits. No milk or dairy no shrimp. 🤷♀️ no junk food and very few restaurants I can eat but mostly I prepare my meals.
Nothing wrong with you. Strict lifestyle combined with low set point and maybe small build. The fruit thing is interesting though. Is it like some sort of insulin resistance?
Maybe, can’t stand sugar, when I was little I hate sodas and candies. I used to like acidic candies but not sweet and eat it once in a while. I have a sister that also never liked sugar. Everybody enjoyed to drink orange and sweet sodas but me I liked square the taste was from acidic fruit (grapefruit) actually you loose weight with it. Actually I hate chocolate, all kinds. No alcohol either. Makes me sick.
Remember the truth
