The problem is if they?? could put something in they?? could also take something out. So, without the public being able to examine the contents of these files they can't be challenged. That means enough doubt is in place that everyone involved can claim they were victimized by fake info. That leaves only those who were abused to appear in court and point out the people who abused them. How many will do that? It would be a death wish for a lot of them.

The same will happen if videos were released although claiming they were hacked, experts can quickly tell if they were or not. But black hat experts if given access could do something to purposely put a tell tale signature in that would make it a hack. The only issue is does the original videos exist that haven't been tampered with? If so, who has them? They would be worth big $$$ but they could also bring an unwanted death sentence to anyone wanting to ransom them off.
