Law enforcement urged people to stay away from the vicinity of East 52nd Street between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue on Monday evening due to an active shooter wearing a bulletproof vest and armed with a semiautomatic rifle.

He ended up on the 33rd floor. Dead by self inflicted gunshot wound with a rifle. Hmmm? 2 other people taken into custody, a man and a women, both yelling free Palestine. Not sure if there is a connection with the shooter. Shooter had a concealed permit from LVPD and his car had NV plates.
