The best way to notify mods is to Deport & do Other>"Sticky Request" ie write Sticky Request in the text option for other.

There are so many posts made daily that mods are unlikely to review every single one in depth, there is enough shillary & glowing to take care of from what I have understood in the past (God bless Tendie, their lessons & I hope they are still here under a different alias).
