Purkiss, can you please confirm this story. Apparently in Johannesburg during COVID lockdown, all the copper wire was stolen in the Public Transportation systems and now 100's of Trains sit idle in the Train Depot. There is a Taxi Mafia benefitting and terrorizes anyone who tries to fix the Transportation Crisis?

They steal the Copper on a daily basis from everything.... EVERYTHING.... affects, cellular towers, traffic lights, electricity, etc etc

Shouldn't the story of organized Crime over the entire Public Transportation system be front and center news? How can an economy function if people can't move around on affordable regular Transportation?
