Perhaps this phrase is even more literal than we have/can possibly imagine. Satanic elites have hunted their prey, either physically, spiritually, sexually, emotionally, etc.; and maybe the prey finally have the ability to fight back and hunt their oppressors because they have Good forces helping them to fight back the Evil in strong enough numbers to protect them.
If we get to see only 20 % . Who is to say much of the other 80% isn't already neutralized ?
