I don't think 224522 is making a mistake. What this shooter did classifies as 1st Degree Murder in every U.S. State and every civilized nation on the planet. It also classifies as murder under the Ten Commandments. Whether it was "justified" or not is the real question here. Which, I believe it isn't justified. Not in the current greed driven society we have today.
