I don’t discount looking at it all, but I was just browsing the posts again looking for the one about the device in the WH. And I stumbled on the 0 delta post while I was looking. Q pointed out that they couldn’t get the seconds to match because they were basically at the mercy of the encryption (and ?) software that they were sending the tweets through.
I can only speak for myself and this is how I decode:
first check time markers; ET & Military time
next date markers
next Post ID
always remember to mirror everything
OP didn't disclude "07", just looking for patterns & matching anything and everything
