I've been there (Zambia). I have relatives there. You are flatly wrong When the President of the country is busy making exclusive kickback deals with Europeans and Americans, that is a big part of the problem. Before you talk about the murder and crime rate, clean up Chicago, Washington DC, New York, and Los Angeles.
