I wonder if there’s a federal felony charge that Pritzker is eligible for being charged with similar to the threat of a state felony charge that Governor Abbott suggested. At the very least Abbott could charge them with a state felony and then extradite them - and then when Pritzker fails to comply with Texas extradition request combine with their failure to return to Texas to avoid prosecution, Governor Abbott would have a solid case that they abandoned their legislative seats and a court can remove them from office.
