Heidi rant. 3IATLAS alien ship? The event stream.

SYNOPSIS:

In this monologue, Clif High explores the concept of increasing complexity in human understanding, particularly in response to the mysterious object "3I Atlas," which he posits could be a space alien device, a sensor, or a natural phenomenon like a rock. He questions how officialdom (government agencies) will react to 3I Atlas compared to localized UFO/UAP sightings, how its strategic implications differ due to its non-local nature, and how officials will attempt to extract and validate information from it.

His research, prompted by a conversation with Heidi, leads him to examine government manuals on deception (e.g., CIA, FBI) to understand how authorities might approach such an encounter, revealing their reliance on outdated, reductionist methods rooted in World War II-era thinking.

Clif introduces the idea of the "event stream," a continuous flow of events within the "eternal now" (a timeless reality where past and future are mental constructs). He argues that humans participate in shaping this event stream through their awareness and agency (free will), which is limited by their sensory and personal constraints.

He contrasts this with the potential capabilities of space aliens, who might have a broader ability to foresee and manipulate the event stream, as evidenced by 3I Atlas’s calculated trajectory.

He critiques the "law of attraction" as a misnamed "rule of assumption," where imagining a desired outcome with specific emotional qualities - proximity, intensity, harmony, and serenity - can influence the event stream to manifest it. This process, he claims, is disrupted by the Deep State’s predictive programming, which seeks to control human awareness and limit agency through dystopian narratives. However, their efforts fail due to a lack of harmony and serenity, which the universe does not support, leading to a breakdown of their control amid the "Great Awakening."

Clif suggests that 3I Atlas, whether real or fabricated, is increasing societal tension and complexity, contributing to a "Summer of Emergence" where human participation in the event stream is becoming more evident. He encourages using the rule of assumption (e.g., through exercises like the "ladder test") to actively shape reality, warning that officialdom’s rational-materialist approach will struggle with the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) of this period. He concludes by emphasizing the participatory nature of reality and the potential for humans to harness psychic abilities to influence their future, contrasting this with the Deep State’s failing attempts to engineer collective outcomes.
