As of today, I have yet to see any of these hearings or depositions produce even one arrest or conviction. It gives the appearence something is happening but it means nothing if nobody is indicted.

So, let's see if this produces something of value that can put crooks behind bars. We will see but I am not holding my breath.

My best guess is this is just public foreplay to some subsequent penetration into the corruption after these depositions.

I do think most of us agree that all of this year's disclosures/discoveries were already in the hands of the Trump players but had to be introduced through the exisiting legal system to make them authentic. "We have it all" wasn't a threat but a damning archive awaiting sunlight from the legal system.

I just hope I am not too old to enjoy the outcome by the time it comes to fruition.
