Sure, they can plead the fifth if they want. They do not have to incriminate themselves.

This is before congress (well, actually, a Congressional Committee).

Pleading the fifth won't look very good. And that's the real point here. Exposure, to the American public, and beyond.

Also, note: these depositions (by subpoena) are in relation to the Jeffrey Epstein thing. That's gonna be fun.

I was disappointed to learn it’s about Epstein and not Russia collusion. Every one of these people being subpoenaed played a big role in that. Of course, the Clintons are involved in both.
