Your an idiot! You are essentially arguing that having an armed population mean noting. I have lived in Florida all my life.
Sure there are lots of high crime areas in Florida you don't want to get caught out at night, but here you don't see a lot of criminals or opportunist preying on random innocent Floridan. Why? Because most of us are armed, and will shoot back.
You are significantly more likely to be shot and killed in Washington, D.C., than in Florida. D.C.’s firearm homicide rate (26.1–32.7 per 100,000) is roughly 3.5–4.5 times higher than Florida’s (7.1 per 100,000).
Strangely enough, we don't see to have a big problem in Florida with youth attacking random people in the street.
Clearly you have never been to Orlando or worse Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Or Daytona beach. Or wait…. Have you been to Florida at all?
