The welfare state as well as the warfare state will find it hard to understand that US taxpayers should not be paying for them being lazy! Both were created to allow for theft, by politicians, from the citizens. Making people dependent on government, to exist was institutionalized. The warfare state exists because corrupt politicians invent wars to justify the military industrial complex and welfare recipients exists to ensure these politicians reelection! They are so brainwashed that they do not understand that the day of handouts are over!
