I do believe these lying media personalities can be charged in a RICO investigation for promoting a KNOWN lie to overthrow our government!
The conspiracy is ongoing, no statue of limitations will save them. They are all caught, right down to the staffers still aiding the conspiracy.
I can find no verifiable source that a grand jury has been convened for an Obama indictment.
Does anyone else have sauce for this and if so, in what jurisdiction is the grand jury.
