Have the congress critters been limited as to the number of terms they can serve? No, if they win the election they get to serve another term. Are the justices limited to the number of years they can serve? No, they either step down voluntarily or die while in office. The branches are supposed to be equal and separate. Limiting the elected official of the executive branch is not equal. Up until FDR, the president could serve unlimited number of terms as long as he/she was elected to the position. Or did you not know that FDR served 4 consecutive terms?
So either the Congress critters, who EACH serve INDIVIDUAL terms need term limits and the INDIVIDUAL justices need to be limited to the number of years served OR the executive branch gets unlimited terms LIKE IT USED TO BE in the Constitution. Amendments can be removed just like they were added.
We already had Obama’s third term. He had his pit crew running Biden’s White House. I guess you missed that PSA because you were watching The View. Actually, I’m rooting for term limits. We don’t need anymore Pelosi’s or McConnell’s or Joe Biden’s. I guess you missed that from my first statement. —-“Good point.
