Happened during the "Treaty of Paris" in 1783. The Constitution was a recapitulation of the contract terms between the newly formed American government and the "private parties/interests" (as mainstream garbage history refers to "The City of London" to hide the owners of the debt).

Enter the FDR regime, where men and women were LEGALLY BUT UNLAWFULLY CONVERTED into property, by way of the fictional, legal designations like "U.S. Citizen", "resident", "person", "registrant", "tenant", "taxpayer", "parent", "driver", etc. All are fictional "legal" words, invented by the cabal, therefore controlled by the cabal.

Somebody just posted a great video made in the 1960s by a guy named "Dan Smoot" I believe elaborating on the fact that the 14th Amendment was never ratified by two-thirds of states. That one amendment, which unlawfully converted we-the-people with our "natural rights" into legal entities owned and controlled by the cabal (aka "federal government").
Jump back to the early 1800s, before the fire of 1811 and you'll find that in several statehouses, there was an original 13th amendment that banned anybody with a "Title of Nobility" from serving in the American government...which of course means "esquires" primarily. The cabal thought they burned up all the copies of it, but there's always a few they miss.
Now look at the percentage of white collar workers in Washington D.C. today. Nearly 70% hold a "law degree" for a very important reason. The LEGAL SYSTEM is truly "the matrix" that they use to deceive the populace.
