To be fair, NYC has about two to three a year, and has for forever.
I'm not saying there isn't fuckery in WI, or TX, or wherever. But looking at the video many people think "OMG! This is the worst thing ever!". I look at it and think "Oh, it must be Thursday." I think it's another example that belief has more to do with perspective than truth.
