When I get my tenderloin/filets from the restaurant supply company I usually get a 15lb box of Wright's Thick Bacon. Comes packaged like this (and there are 2 layers - one on top of the other):

The only issue is I have to use a metal spatula sometimes to separate the slices - which makes me very impatient when I want bacon.
