Not to datefag but...look at the date.
Here's my guess: Brennan is going to probably be the first arrest. I thought Comey, but Comey probably made a deal - via the 8647 stunt as to not raise suspicions and he's singing like a bird. It's already been demonstrated he cracks under pressure and gives in....

On September 11, 2001, James Comey was the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, a position he held from January 2002 to December 2003. However, he started this role after 9/11, as he was appointed in December 2001. On the exact date of the attacks, Comey was not yet in this role but was serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the same district, a position he held since 1987
