The Bering Strait Tunnel Project is READY TO GO. It is just waiting on a peace and economic cooperation deal between the US & Russia for the GREEN LIGHT. Will we get there August 15-17, 2025 during Alaska Summit?

Unfortunately, wishful thinking at the moment. There is no direct rail link between Alaska and the continental US. Rail heads in AK end officially at Eielson AFB (unofficially down to Ft Greely); in BC the closest they get is Prince Rupert & Fort Nelson. (There's an industrial spur between the two heading NW, deep into the mountains.)

Yes, it runs through Canada. Prior to Trump's term there was not even a full (mostly direct line) that could handle the freight tonnage from what I understand. Canada had been blocking it and not cooperating. I believe the line runs through the NE corner of British Columbia, but that province was mostly bypassed intentionally. [Alberta-Alaska extension is the name of it]. If the US can peel off Alberta and make it the 51st state, problem mostly solved.
