In most states, convicted felons cannot VOTE!!
Well it seems to me that dead people aren't supposed to vote, but they vote in most elections in our recent history, who knows how long that has been going on? :)
My point is; the dems do not want to convict criminals of felonies. Because they would not get any legal votes either... ;)
