The "Tucker Carlson News" account is just a fan account and not affiliated at all with Tucker.
I can't find this story (current, not January or March) anywhere but on X and Youtube, and it looks like some account on X took it from some account on Youtube, and other accounts on X are passing it around as either theirs, or crediting a couple of the other accounts that didn't credit anyone. Everyone is using the same video - which may not even be real for all we know.
I'd take this with a grain of salt until Dan, NATO, POTUS, or the White House itself puts it out. These "<some name> News" or "<some name Commentary" accounts are almost ALL click farms and not legit in any way. If they actually do get something right it is because they lifted it from someone else. Most people on X don't realize this one (for example) is not Tucker and not even affiliated with him. Even though the profile for this account actually says that. People don't read profiles.
This doesn't mean the story is fake, but did a fake account that is not related to any news or journalist source really source this? Doubtful. 48 hour rule fits here although there may not be 48 hours left before the meeting.

One last thought. Someone posted on here that there are rumors Zelensky will attempt a false flag to derail the Trump/Putin meeting.
Maybe this is a real video Zelensky's people (or NATO or CIA) put out to drive a wedge between Trump and Putin.
