I’m suspecting chicken at my local grocery store is giving me a bad reaction. Maybe the way it’s being processed. I’m going to try a “free range” brand they carry to see if it works for me better.
If you can do so, try to find a farm market or local farmer in your area for meat and veg. It isn’t always easy or cheap, but generally your money is going directly to the farmer / family business. Might find something you like.
Search for some farm-to-table websites that cover your area.
Give the free-range a try too, but I’m pretty sure it is essentially a label that gets taken advantage of for marketing.
