Gaddafi was in the middle of repenting for his sins

💯 He belongs on the small small list of men the last hundred years who gained power and actually wanted to do the right thing by their people.

Unfortunately, sometimes a shepherd has to be a bit ruthless to the wolves to protect the innocent.
