How come they care so much about children dying when it comes to fake vaccines and the injuries they cause but it's ok to let the cartel sex traffic children across our border?

Liberal contradict their own talking points all the time and their goldfish memory keeps them from seeing it..... it's either that or they are willingly able to overlook their own logical fallacies.
