Permanent imprisonment of a juvenile is a waste of resources and the juvenile's life. Instead there should be military boarding schools that will prepare them for an environment where their predispositions are a benefit...war. The very behaviors that are criminal in society like an unusual acceptance of risk, is perfect for high stakes operations in the military. It would be a life of service but it would give them an opportunity to have an honorable life.
