The DOD also called on National Guard detachments from several States. As of today 3 have answered the call. West Virginia has promised to send as many as 400. But guaranteed 300 at minimum. South Carolina will send 200. Ohio will contribute 150.

Combined with the D.C Guard that’ll bring the total of Guardsmen to right in the neighborhood of 1,500. 1,500+ if West Virginia sends the full 400.
