The US Military has better people due to the fact that if ANYONE STEPS OUT OF LINE...IT IS A SUMMARY COURTS-MARTIAL AND STIFF PENALTY...SHOT!!!!!! If the CIA/NSA were to be cleaned out then this country might have a chance but it is relying on "GOOD PEOPLE"...
