I say go after the state of California and all involved with issuing his license. They can't read signs and evidently arrows and lines through something also is beyond their understanding....or.. they plain just don't care and too bad if you are in the way. They have no business getting a license and being on the roads period, end of conversation!!!! I am appalled at how many illegals driving semis have caused devastating accidents. Time to end this stupidity and Make Driving Safe Again in OUR country. We need to take back our roads, send the illegals packing, only US citizens with legal license who know and can read English on the roads. It's a matter of life and death!
