Well you don’t know the Russian work ethic. Look at the Donbass. This area for 10 years - Russians living there - was constantly bombed and most lived underground. It was these 4 areas that voted overwhelming to return to Mother Russia. In the 10 years from 2014/15 coinciding with the signing of the Minsk Accirds and up until the start of the SMO - 14,000 residents were murdered. Elderly used as sniper practice. Children kidnapped. The rapes number in the hundreds. Watch Patrick Lancaster’s early videos as he videoed those that suffered under the Ukraine military. Horrific. No sooner had the Russian people returned to Russian safety then their new housing started. Thousands of apartments have been built - fully furnished - with playgrounds, gyms etc. Within the area is schools and preschools.
Those apartment buildings are impressive but nothing like the grandeur of this cathedral with its arches and curves, carvings and height. I still can't see it being built in two years.
