For Covid (and breathing issues generally) I used 0.03 ml of H2O2 for 5 ml of saline solution (sold as "wound wash" in the 1st aid section of most pharmacies and supermarkets). I used the regular 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide. But this was for the nebulizer. Measuring such a small amount can be done easily if you buy a diabetic insulin syringe.
I have taken it orally, but it's easy to make yourself feel nautious. Try 2 drops in a glass of water. If it's too much, just do one drop.
Nebulized H2O2 is a successful treatment according to a number of testimonies here on GAW, including myself. Yes, pay attention to the dilution.
So what would you say .01% is equal to, I have a doppler but not sure of how much to put in water to drink daily?

Thank you and I have the saline water and H202, but was not sure of the dosage. Super helpful 🙂
