Congress had to vote to allow this group of elites to birth this federal reserve monstrosity. It failed twice in Congress, then only passed after dissenters were killed on the Titanic "accident."

So, I imagine Congress would have to dismantle it or to restructure its leadership.

Since it is not a federal government agency, Trump is not their boss. I thought that Trump made a strategic move in 2020 to change the board members in a way that gave us some control. I don't know what happened with that.
