America shouldn't accept dual citizenship at all. If you are a US citizen, you cannot be a citizen of another country. If you're a foreigner who just got citizenship, part of that process should be formal relinquishment of citizenship from your previous country.

At a minimum, no dual citizenship for any elected office.
