Dual citizenship is not a thing based on the oath that all foreigners take to achieve US citizenship. It starts out swearing the following.
The current Oath of Allegiance is as follows:
“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen;
That seems to clearly eliminate any dual citizenship option to me.

That may be true but doesn't cover Americans who get citizenship in other countries.
