When I researched chemo years ago, it was a net negative benefit on all counts, meaning that "no chemo" produces better outcomes than chemo. I couldn't find any studies with controls that showed chemo in a positive light.
A healthy lifestyle naturally prevents cancer. For most people this includes adding salt (complete salts like sea salt, not just NaCl tablesalt) to their diet, reducing carb intake and improving circulation through exercise.
I just want to add to this for people to consider watching out for toxins around them, like I thought some people living near cell towers have come down with higher cancer rates, or people living in smoggy cities getting more lung cancer, etc. (if they can identify and eliminate these toxins, that'd be great)

Agreed. Living healthy is made difficult by the cabal stuffing poisons everywhere.
Salt from a clean source without processing, like Celtic, Himalayan or Redmond’s Real Salt. Iodine at 25mg to 50mg daily.
Disagree on the iodine, but do your own research.
