It's supposed to be "Smells Like Bacon" to warn of handcuff-horny Bobbies.

Just had a thought. Why doesn’t some entrepreneurial person invent a cologne that smells like bacon. Surely that will reduce the number of assaults in England. Better yet, just save your bacon fat and dab on like cologne!
