Yep. I have had to re-write enough of their code to know it costs a lot more to refactor bad code than to get it right the first time. Penny wise and Pound foolish.
From what I have read on some X accounts - Indians make up fake credentials to get IT jobs. The HR managers are Indians and so they hire Indians.
Yes they do! It's a racket. Hiring them into management positions exacerbated the problem!
They know what they are doing. Yet Indians will cry discrimination if you don't give them what they want.
