There’s no “freedom of religion” in this country, either.
They will take advantage of that if they get power, so we had best figure out how to do so before then.
At present, school administrators in some places, when people try to pray or express Christianity, are using threats of endorsing Satanism to shut it down under guise of equal exposure. That’s a fairly simple opposition comparatively. What’s the counter for that?
Things to cite:
expression of an ideology is protected so long as it doesn’t substantially disrupt the school environment (Tinker v Des Moines, 1969)
the establishment clause prevents a school from either advancing OR inhibiting a specific religion (Lemon v Kurtzman, 1971)
school policies must be constitutional and any overstep by an administrator that does not follow school policy is a violation of due process
state education laws typically protect students’ rights to express beliefs in schools
if an evil ideology promotes illegal content, such as say overthrow of the government through implementation of a foreign legal system, the administrator could face legal liability
