No. We in the United States can classify them any way we want and as specifically as we want.

We can have categories as follows:

White/Caucasian (includes American, British, Canadian, Irish, Welsh, French, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and White Slavic people
Mexican, Hispanic, Latino, Cuban, Puerto Rican
American Black/African
African continent Black/Somalian/Kenyan/Nigerian
