Its looking more and more like Reagan allowed a lot of bad things to proliferate under his watch :(
My takeaway from the drops (maybe steered by too much listening to Ricardo Bosi) is that Reagan started gung-ho and had the same initial plan to fix the world, but Q (or whatever the good guys called themselves pre 4chan's Q) called off the plan because it was too early and success too unlikely. And getting shot didn't make it any easier.
Papa Bush made sure Reagan gave up his aspirations... He spoke with a hired gun.
