Exercise is the fountain of youth. I would take one gram of creatine a day two grams if you want a more alert cognitive function.
I would do a 16/8 fast three days of the first week. 12 noon lunch to dinner then done at 8pm. No clories no snacks. Black coffee is fine. No creamer or sugar. Monk fruit is great.
