It's actually the individual AND the corporation are sovereign per current LAW, but few individuals are able to figure out enforcement of their sovereignty per 9th/10th Amendments due to media sabotage of all Constitutional knowledge.
According to current LAW, corporations are treated as individuals per Bill of Rights, so they can use 9th/10th Amendment as well to self-enforce the LAW when the state steals property or is part of organized crime syndicate: Citizens United v.
