This is a nice image summary and I think it has a good theory regarding JC's unusual COVID reference at the beginning (even maskheads have stopped talking about COVID)..

Basically the reason JC would mention that he got COVID is that COVID is still a threat topic for the cabal as the truth of that can be popped open at any time.
